Don’t risk being under compensated

Often when people have accidents, especially car accidents, their first telephone call is to the insurance company of the person to blame. Sadly a growing trend is for those insurance companies to offer to deal direct with accident victims.

This practice, know as “Third Party Capture” has been widely criticised but is still allowed. Whilst Insurance companies claim that accident victims will get the same levels of compensation there are numerous examples where innocent victims have been offered compensation well below the level they should receive by insurance companies dealing with them direct.
