	Partners:
		David Garrett: Senior Partner David is the firm’s Senior Partner. He has been with the Practice since 1975 and has been a Partner since 1980. David is a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel and a Resolution (formerly known as the Solicitors Family Law Association) Accredited Specialist. He specialises in complex Public Law Care proceedings.
		Chris Murphy: Partner and Head of the Crime Department Chris is a Partner and is Head of the Crime Department. He joined the firm in 1983 and became a Partner in 1986. Chris specialises in all aspects of Criminal Law and in particular has considerable experience of Motoring Law. He is a Higher Courts Advocate (Criminal).
		Brian Hazlehurst: Partner Brian is the longest serving Partner of the firm having joined the Practice in 1972. For many years, he was the firm’s Senior Partner. Brian specialises in all aspects of Criminal Law, is a Senior Advocate and has handled numerous high profile cases. He was the first Administrator of the Wirral Duty Solicitors Scheme that gave clients 24 hour legal representation. Brian also sits as a part-time Tribunal Judge for the Appeals Service hearing Disability Living Allowance and Incapacity Benefit cases.
		Kate Harley: Partner and Head of the Family & Children Department Kate is a Partner and is Head of the Family and Children Department having joined the Practice in 1986. Kate is a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel. She deals with most aspects of Family Law matters.
	Solicitors:
		Richard Bennett: Solicitor Richard is a Solicitor working as a member of the firm’s Claims & Disputes Department. Before joining the firm in 2007, Richard worked for the Legal Services Commission. Richard deals with all aspects of Social Welfare Law but particularly specialises in Employment and Housing matters.
		Rachel Evans: Solicitor Rachel is an Assistant Solicitor with the Family and Children Department. She joined the firm in 2007. Rachel has experience of all aspects of Family Law but specialises in Divorce, Financial Settlements following Separation, Residence and Contact applications and also Injunctions. Rachel is a member of Resolution.
		Sara Bellringer: Associate Solicitor & Head of the Conveyancing and Probate Department Sara is an Associate Solicitor and is Head of the firm’s Conveyancing and Probate Department. Sara joined the firm in 1998. Sara specialises in Will Drafting, Inheritance Planning, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Sara also has considerable experience dealing with disputes arising from Wills and Probate.
		Chris Williams: Solicitor Chris is a Solicitor within the Crime Department. He joined the firm in 2003. Chris specialises in all aspects of Criminal Law.
		Andrew Slight: Solicitor Andrew has been with the firm since 2007. He is a Solicitor in the Crime Department. Before joining the firm, Andrew was employed by the Department for Works and Pensions and has considerable experience of dealing with benefit fraud prosecutions.
